Order Processing
At tchfeline.com We make every effort to ship products within 5 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (P.S.T.) Orders received after 5:00 PM will be processed the following business day.
This order processing policy pertains to in-stock products. Products that are out-of-stock, back ordered, sent directly from our suppliers, special order items, or orders submitted without all necessary information will take longer to process.
Refunds
A refund will be issued in the amount of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have been charged. We cannot refund any shipping charges. For merchandise refund, returns must be received within 14 days from the date of purchase and items must be in new/unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the merchandise has been used with the exception of merchandise with manufacturers defects.
Non Returnable Items
Non Returnable Items include any product which has been personalized. We cannot accept returns nor can we issue refunds for such items unless AahPaws.com made an error on your item (misspelled name, etc).
Exchanges
Please indicate what you would like to exchange your merchandise for and your choice will be shipped the next business day after receipt of original merchandise. If the requested item is out of stock, we will notify you by email of its expected ship date. If you do not wish to wait, we will be happy to issue you a refund. Exchanges must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase.
